Other research projects
- Cooper T53P
-
Following
the success of the works Cooper T53s in 1960, Cooper built a production
version in 1961 for use in F1 and Intercontinental racing. They have been
multiplying ever since.
- This project started in the early 1980s when Allen Brown was F1 Registrar
for the Cooper Car Club. Since then, Eric Perrin and David McKinney have
worked hard to fill in the many stubborn gaps.
- Brabham BT8
-
Yes,
that's right, they built sports cars as well. Twelve built and all accounted
for.
- This project was conducted between 1993 and 1994 but is still updated
as information is provided. Lincoln
Small now maintains records of the current owners of each car and
would welcome any updates.
- Formula Super Vee
- No, F2 and F3 are not being ignored - it's just that they are already
well covered elsewhere. FSV isn't.
- This research was initially conducted by John Robinson who has now
left motor racing and has kindly agreed for his work to be taken over
by OldRacingCars.com. Any colunteers to take this forward?
- Lola T280
- Between 2003 and 2004, a thread on 10 Tenths carefully researched the
sport-racing Lola T280s and tried to identify the existing cars. This
work has now been pulled into a web page and the threads sorted into a
more logical structure. This page will be updated from time-to-time as
the thread develops further.
