Killed in an ARDC midget race. A construction supervisor, who was an excellent midget driver. Started as early as 1937, before serving his country in the navy in Japan during WW2. Mainly in midgets, though he sometimes varied disciplines. Bill lived in Massachusetts all his life, but started racing in New Hampshire. Randall's biggest claim to fame was winning an AAA Sprint car race driving a midget car, which he did at Allentown in May 1948. He also won the Eastern USAC Sprint Car Championship in 1957, despite not winning one race that season.
