Technical director of Cosworth engineering, who has been with the firm since 1987. Graduated from Brunel University with a degree in mechanical engineering. Worked in the US and CART to design and develop Cosworth's extremely successful XD engine.Wood has also worked with Cosworth in the World Rallying Championship, Moto GP and the Le Mans Series.
