Raced in touring cars, Porsche Supercup and a variety of Renault based series (including the Renault Megane series) for 10 years after Formula 3000, but is now retired from racing. He runs a shiatsu, aromatherapy and baby massage business which continues to grow each year. Walfisch was a multiple winner in French Formula 3 before moving up to Formula 3000 where he had highs and lows in three seasons in the category. Amongst his most notable post-Formula 3000 results was a win in the European Touring Car Championship at the Nurburgring in 2001.
