Karting graduate who briefly moved to UK Formula Renault, but made a bold move to the United States in 2012, which has paid off pretty well so far. Won the 2012 Star Mazda title, which led to a drive in Indy Lights in 2013, and then subsequently, after decent performances in that series to the IRL in 2014. His debut year was reasonable, with a podium at Houston the highlight, and he remained in the series, but with Foyt, until 2016. In 2017, he moved to the US Sportscar Series to start a new chapter in his career and remains there in 2024, but will also be in the Michelin Pilot series.
