Hugely popular fellow, who worked for Sky Sports as a pundit and commentator for many years. For some while, he raced in sportscars and won Sebring in 2002. He also worked as sporting relations manager for both Midland and Caterham's F1 teams. Has also appeared in Speedcars, ALMS, Le Mans and the BTCC since leaving Formula 1 in 2000. As well as the above, he also runs a kart track. Herbert was an outstanding talent whose career surely would've been even more stellar but for a horrific crash at Brands Hatch in a Formula 3000 raced in 1988 which left him with serious leg injuries.
