Founder of 928 Developments and worked with Porsche as a car designer and developer. A highly regarded car tuner and modifier, he also ran his own motorsports restoration company for some while. In more recent years, he has been involved with alternative fuels and a more environmental solution to car and system design and engineering for both hybrid vehicles and biomedical research, running a company based in Sacramento, California, which is near where Phil currently lives.
