Raced in Formula Junior and Formula 3, but didn't really progress much past Formula 2. Weber largely drove Lotuses during his career; his Formula 2 effort was in a Lotus 41C but he also drove a Lotus 18 in Formula 3 in 1964 for the Isar Racing Team. He raced for the same outfit the previous year, but in Formula Junior. After the disappointment of Formula 2, Weber appears to have stopped racing.
