Most recently in off-road events including Dakar and the Baja Saudi in 2021 alone. However, he is now more involved with management, as he was Reiter Engineering's customer liaison manager. In 2023, he set up his own esports sim racing team and will take part himself as well as managing the team. Before the second ban for a banned substance, he was in ALMS (mostly), FIA GT, A1 GP, the Le Mans Series and the IRL. However, a serious ongoing heart condition revealed during the appeal hearing for his second ban, has led to some restrictions of his racing. His first ban, in 2002, for a positive marijuana test, saw him stripped of the Formula 3000 title and end his Formula 1 hopes.
