Came close to a Formula 1 seat in the mid 1980's. Now runs a promotion company called Hello Sweden to help raise sponsorship for young athletes and still acts as a tutor, manager and consultant for young racing drivers. Kaiser rose through the ranks of British Formula Ford and then competed in British, German, Swedish and European Formula 3 before starting a six year-long career in the respective second tiers of motorsport with 3 fourth places (Brands Hatch 1984, Thruxton 1985 and Pergusa in 1986 being the highlight. With no real way to progress once he left Formula 3000, Tomas quit the sport so that he could help others in a similiar position to him.
