Worked as an engine tuner before joining Williams, where he still remains, some 30 years on, although he is no longer involved in F1. In more recent years, he's been less involved in the racing but remains with the team as a board member and shareholder and is also part of the FIA committee involved with running and organising their endurance series. In his current role at Williams, he is involved in the hybrid and commercial side of the company, which deals, with amongst other things, buses and railways.
