Toyota's former head of motorsport activities, who was in charge of the Formula 1 team for a while. Yamashina held numerous roles at Toyota, including as general manager of vehicle evaluation and engineering, a five year spell in charge of the technical division of Toyota's US programme and then a spell in the research and development part of the company. Tadashi also goes by the name of George and was still involved in both the US and German sides of the company's operations. He is now an audit and supervisory board member of the Tokai Rika Company.
