The site dedicated to sportscar race results and chassis numbers histories is under construction.
After almost two years off this old good WSRP site service is back for testing. If you have any problems, feel free to send an email. Not all may be answered individually, but your opinions and experiences can be taken into account for future possible development.
Fill in the item you wish to see a race history list. Do not fill more than one field except combination make-type. All other combinations will be ignored with highest priority having driver field. Then chassis number, type and finally make, which is executed only when all other items are empty. It is needed to input a string in the same format as it is in the WSRP database, which (as we understand) could be a problem. Make and type string is normal as usual on WSRP results pages. You can also use suffix '*' to get a list of all variants of selected type. For example Corvette* or 935* would list (if Chevrolet or Porsche is filled in Make input box) all kinds of Corvette or Porsche 935 respectively.
Driver must be shown like this: Henri Pescarolo (F), Danny Ongais (USA) or "John Winter" (D). That means a full name and nationality. If you put only Henri Pescarolo, no participation list would appear and you get message 'Driver not found in WSRP database'.
With chassis numbers it is the main problem that would be probably solved in the future. Some examples of chassis number input strings: 962-110, C2/03, 1103 [Osca], 333SP-003, 0724TR [250TR], 0020M [166MM], B2K10-HU02, SL73/101 etc. Perhaps some list of allowed chassis numbers would solve it in the future. Your suggestions are welcomed.
