Now works as a management consultant, living in America, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and had a long-time association with Newman Haas, as both engineer and general manager. Lisles remained with them until right to the end of their business operation, after joining them straight after his spell with Tyrrell. With Tyrrell, he worked as a race engineer as well as designer, and prior to his roles in motorsport he worked for British Steel and Chrysler as an engineer in a number of different capacities.
