Along with Gianfranco, Luciano was the founder, owner and designer of the Tecno project which raced in Formula 3, Formula 2 and Formula 1. Died suddenly whilst working in his workshop. The Tecno enterprise started in the 1960's initially as a kart constructor before moving into racing cars. Although the racing team dissolved at the end of their Formula 1 effort, the two brothers continued to work on constructing karts, although they also worked on motorcycles. Pederzani also worked with the Saguatti firm in San't Agata, where Luciano was born, building and developing a hydraulic pump for a tipper truck. He also produced wines in his latter years.
