Now works in motorsport management and consultancy, based in Switzerland, where he moved a while back. He is also involved in graphics and branding consultancy and PR and has worked closely with Stefano Coletti recently. He also also worked in karting, as a driver promoter/manager and as a track design consultant. He has been a pivotal figure in Raikkonen, Pantano and Liuzzi's rise to Formula 1 and also worked as a consultant for the Formula BMW series. When he was in Formula 1, he worked as Williams team manager as well as his roles of a similiar juncture at Benetton and Lotus.
