The youngest of the three brothers, Dale managed to keep his career going after the drugs scandal. Raced in ALMS and at Daytona in 1999 and 2000 and in Grand-Am in 2001, but died after taking a drugs overdose. Dale followed his brothers into the sport, starting in 1978, when racing a sportscar with father Dick. He then remained linked to the family team, but wasn't imprisoned like his two siblings. At the time of his death, Dale was working for brother Don's World Jet company in Florida.
