By far and away, best remembered, on four wheels, as a sportscar driver, and on two wheels, as a very able motorcyclist. Still keeps links with historic events in both disciplines and has raced in Historic Group C racing. After racing in Formula 3, Herve raced in Aurora F1 but had started racing sportscars by the time he made his Formula 2 appearance. Regout also raced in touring cars and even Indy Lights during his career. As well as historic racing, Regout works for Apex Motorsport as a racing driver instructor and advisor.
