Last involved with the sport in the 1990's, when he ran touring cars. Lived in Brussels, where he ran a sports marketing company. Brother Guy also raced, but he was killed in a 1992 Belcar event at Chimay. Neve was a winner in British Formula 3 and European Touring Cars, Patrick actually got into racing as a runner and doing general jobs at the Jim Russell Racing School, despite his privileged upper-class background, working up the ranks the hard way. He came to prominence by wining the BRDC Formula Ford 1600 series in 1974 and also played his part in Williams' early days in Formula 1.
