Mechanic, who raced mainly in California. Both of his Indianapolis 500 attempts ended in crashes. Pardee's most senior races were largely focused around Indianapolis; in 1929 he showed enough pace to get through but crashed after qualifying the car and had to withdraw. In 1930, he wasn't at Indianapolis but did finish a creditable ninth at both Altoona's board oval and Syracuse's dirt oval before returning to Indianapolis in 1931. He qualified but crashed on lap sixty.
