Died in 2016. An aerodynamicist, he retired from motorsport in 1997, after working as a consultant for Yves Courage's GT operation. Also a local politician, he was awarded the Legion d'Honneur for his motorsport efforts. Hubert was a long-time employee at Alpine and was integral to their success at Le Mans and sportscars. When Alpine became part of the Renault operation, Hubert worked there and worked on training and developing Jean-Claude Migeot and Michel Tetu's career before leaving Renault in 1982. Marcel was formerly at the Office of Scientific Research and Technology as an aerodynamicst from 1946 until 1954, where he then joined Air Liquide, who were undertaking an engine project at the time. In retirement, Marcel lived in Neuville-les-Dieppe, dying in the city nearby recently.
