Renault, Lotus, McLaren (2010-2018)

Until 2018, Eric was McLaren team principal after a spell of running the Lotus-Renault team. He quit though after a torrid few years. A former managing director of DAMS, he has also run the French A1 GP team in the past. Started off in aeronautics, and spacecraft engineering, before becoming a racing engineer with the Spanish Racing Engineering team. In 2003, he moved towards management roles and has stayed in that particular genre since. Bouiller is also the CEO of Gravity Sport Management, who manage drivers like Jerome D'Ambrosio and Adrien Tambay. In 2019, Eric became strategic sports advisor and global ambassador for the French Grand Prix organisation team at Paul Ricard. He is also working with Benoit Morand on his hybrid road hypercar.
