Lindblad, is of Swedish ancestry, his father is Swedish and his mother English but of Indian heritage. Although Lindblad has raced under a Swedish licence, he was born in London and has lived most of his life in Virginia Water in Surrey. A karter until 2022, he raced in Formula 4 in Italy, UAE and Europe, before making a real quantum leap forward in FIA Formula 3 in 2024. He came fourth in the series, was the highest scoring rookie and took numerous wins. He was also shortlisted for the Autosport BRDC award. In 2025 he moved into Formula 2. His Formula 2 season wasn’t incredibly stellar, but he did win twice, with his win at Jeddah giving him the honour of the youngest race winner in F2 history. As the season went along, he proved competitive enough. He also won the Formula Renault Oceania title in 2025. From his karting prowess, he has been a member of the Red Bull junior team since 2021. He moved up to Formula 1 in 2026 with the Racing Bulls team.
