Dutch-born GP2 midfield runner who was in single-seaters in Europe for some while. In 2011, he attempted the Indianapolis 500, but was by and large, in endurance events in Asia, including the Asian Le Mans Series. However, tight quarantine rules in Hong Kong and China, due to coronavirus, have caused Tung significant disruption to his career. Having now based him self back in Europe, he is working as a television broadcaster, but hopes to return to Europe and the US, including one-off events like Le Mans. Tung has won three titles in his career - the 2003 Formula BMW Championship, the 2006 ATS Formel 3 Cup and then the LMP2 class of the Asian Le Mans Series in 2014.
