Still in the sport, and is Chairman of the technical committee of the ADAC Nordheim group, which includes the races at the Nurburgring. He is involved with scrutineering and technical consultancy. Came into the sport through Zakspeed who put a lot of trust in him at an early age and stage of his career there, and then later worked for Toyota in F1 and Volkswagen in other forms of motorsport. He is currently also the mechanical engineer of the KTW Systems group and also works with Race Engines Plus to work on engines for NASCAR teams.
