Satoru does endorsements and advertising in Japan as well as running a multiple title-winning team in Super Formula and a team in Super GT, something he's been doing since the 1990's. Satoru will remain involved but due to his age, he stepped back a little in 2021 to allow Kazuki to take over. Nakajima had a long driving career before appearing in Formula 1 - he won his first Japanese F2 race 9 years before his Grand Prix debut. Satoru still lives on the family farm near Okazaki, and occasionally, when time allows, likes to be involved with the farming.
