Sadly died in 2014, after a long period of ill health. After racing retirement, he set up his engine balancing business, now run by his son, which continues in Paul's name, despite his passing. England was an excellent engineer, who got into racing through his work at Repco Research, where he would often test the car to evaulate its peformance. After a serious crash in 1958, Paul concentrated on hillclimbing, rather than circuit racing, which he carried on in for years, winning three titles in the 1970's.
