Current Alfa Romeo chief designer, who got into Formula 1 via composite design with Prost. Has been with Sauber since 2002, which followed on from three years at Prost. Gandelin worked for five years as a composite design engineer for Sauber before becoming the head of their concept design between 2008 and 2013. He then got promoted to become chief designer after that.
