Also raced in sportscars and touring cars. Won the European Formula Renault title in 1972, but carried on racing for years, and won the 1998 Spa 24 Hours. He retired in 2000, and then worked as a racing driving instructor, but is now retired. Cudini also won the 1983 French Touring Car Championship in a career that lasted from 1970 until 2005. Away from the sport, he owned a bicycle shop.
