Moved to the US to run a successful business, then returned to Formula 1, mainly through journalism, but also as adviser and fan of his two racing sons, Toby and Tomas. However Jody until 2024, ran an organic farm, called Laverstoke Park, which produced a lot of fresh food and drink, including a famed buffalo mozzarella. Jody's links to motor racing these days tend to be on his terms, but there's no doubting his passion for the sport, until 2024, he had a massive car collection at Laverstoke and remains close to his friends made when racing. Jody also has a beachside property in Cape Town.
