Sportscar legend, still involved in the field but mainly as a consultant (including to Bentley) these days. He does still drive, however, in the odd event, mainly in historics now. He also does live commentary for television, after-dinner speaking and runs a number of dealerships in Florida. Winner of 5 Le Mans, he lives both in Florida and also Sussex, but originally was a farmer before his racing career took off. Derek also helps his son Justin in his career, initially as a driver, but now Justin is also a broadcaster too.
