Died after a short illness. Raced regularly until just before his death in hill-climbs, a series of which he will always be a legend. In fact, he was in 2008, he was one of the oldest drivers still racing in a competitive series. A former farmer and engineer, he was also a pilot and used to take part in ski-bobbing, hydroplane racing, sailing and shooting. Marsh ran a garage and service station, where he sold BMW's and Chevrons amongst others and was chairman of Tews Engineering.
