Ex-German Formula 3 veteran, who raced in Formula 2 and may've got further but for budget constraints. Also raced in sportscars. Still alive, but now retired. Willi also raced in British and French Formula 3. Willi has since gone on to play table tennis and then later became an administrator, as well as a regional director and regional chairman. Still lives in Trier. Full name is Wilhelm.
