Father of Keith. WW2 hero who lost an arm in an accident but still became a racer and Spitfire pilot. Finally retired from driving in the 1950's to set up Gilby and was a huge help to Keith's racing career. Retired after the Gilby project ended, but continued to advise his son, who became a top team manager.
