Involved with motorsport from 1972 onwards, initially as a driver, Reynard ran his own motorsports and automotive outfit for years, before shutting down in 2002. In 2009, he returned to the sport as a car constructor, and remains linked as a consultant. He produced his first road car in 2012, and has numerous links with the aviation, marine and aerospace worlds. Runs a research and development company and is also an engineering tutor.
