Frequent car entrant in F1, F2 and other disciplines in British motorsport in the 1960's, but well remembered for his Protos efforts. A motorcycle racer from 1931 onwards, he also sold them before much later moving to 4 wheel ownrership. Also worked as a film distributor. Ended his spell with racing after a disastrous Temporada attempt in Argentina, after which his health declined.
