Car builder from 1925 onwards and tester from 1906 until World War 1. Raced in the USA and Europe. Started racing due to his car dealership, which he ran for over 25 years. He started though as a pilot, becoming an early aviator with the Bleriot aircraft company. As a driver, Guyot won as early as 1908 in the GP des Voiturettes at Dieppe. He took 4th in the 1913 Indianapolis 500 and then also the San Sebastian Grand Prix in 1923, before retiring from racing in 1926. Albert also served in the First World War as a pilot for the French Air Force but after suffering injury in a crash Guyot was later invalided out of service.
