Long time team-owner of Team Graff (or latterly Graff Racing) who have been based in Formula 3, but now are mostly in Formula Renault or Carrera Cup series, although they have now branched out into endurance, with the team appearing in the European Le Mans Series in more recent years. However although the team exists still, Jean-Philippe sold most of his shares and involvement in his team in the early 2010's. Grand himself was nearing the end of his own career when he drove in F3000. He appeared in endurance events frequently with 10 Le Mans attempts and also won the French Formula Ford title in 1984. Away from motorsport, Grand likes ski-ing.
