Steeve is now the sporting director and lead coach at the Winfield Racing School. A graduate of Eurocup Formule Renault and a race winner in French Formula Renault, Hiesse raced for five years in French Formula 3, winning once in 1996. After his very brief spell in Formula 3000, Steeve raced in French GT's, the FIA GT series and the Ferrari Trofeo Pirelli European Challenge. In 2017, Steeve was racing in the Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup. Was working as a fitness trainer and coach, but is now in real estate.
