Was in the IRL after spells in Britain, Japan and Europe, but then raced in the Blancpain GT World Challenge series. Antinucci is mainly a driver coach and tester for Lamborghini in the US, and runs a racing school. He lives in Portland, Oregon. However his work with Lamborghini, with whom he has been with for some while, occasionally sees him race in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series. He won the Pro Class championship in the series in 2021. Richard is also the nephew of Eddie Cheever.
