Still racing, being a regular driver in sprint car racing, where he drives on a number of different surfaces. Allen is a former East Bay Raceway track champion who has been in the sport for well over three decades now, winning on dirt and asphalt. He now lives in Seffner, Florida. Allen started racing in sprint cars aged just thirteen, in 1984, and in truth, his one-off ARS race was almost his only non-sprint car race. Probably his most successful years were in 2002, where he finished in a number of points finishes in the USAC Silver Crown Championship and also in 2010, when he came twelveth in the ASCS Rebel Regional Series. Sport's real name is Frank Allen Jr. He is also a former technical editor of Sprint Car and Midget magazine.
