Also known as Tony, de Tommaso was a team manager in Formula 3, but is now a driver coach and instructor at his racing school which is part of the facilities within the Val Vibrata circuit near Teramo. Tony focuses on driver safety and safe driving techniques for road driving as well as race driver instruction for young and experienced drivers. Tony's career as a driver was largely based in Italy but he did compete in CART in 1991 and 1992.
