Notes on the cars:

  1. Chevron B43 [43.78.12] (Gerold Hirth): New to KWS Motorsport and raced by Alan Smith in European F3 in 1978. To Helmut Bross for 1979, then retained by Bross for 1980 and run as a customer car
  2. Chevron B38 (Gérard Vallat): Gérard Vallat raced a Chevron B38 in French and Swiss F3 in 1980 and 1981, entered at least once by Ecurie de l'Ouest-Romand.
