Former Reynard and Lola man, who was at the latter for around 17 years. Bruce was working as Technical and Engineering Director for Conquest in CART, and then worked in the Silver Crown series, as well as being an occasional consultant to the Foyt team and to other outfits as an independent consultant. But Ashmore's time is spent by running his own design and consultancy company in Indiana and is now often involved in chassis design and development and especially with NASCAR teams, works a lot with transmissions.
