Now works as a management consultant and commercial advisor. Has some links with his former team at Mercedes as a consultant, but is largely out of the sport directly now. Fry began in the industry working for Ford in a range of roles in the UK, the US and Europe. He then moved to Aston Martin and subsequently, with their buyout became Prodrive's motorsport director, being involved in rally and sportscar attempts. He then worked in management for BAR before becoming an owner and team manager of both Honda and then Mercedes in Formula 1.
