Quick driver, somewhat forgotten about now, who had done very well in F2, who was killed in the Belgian GP just as his star was shining in Grand Prix's. His rise was rapid - he only started racing in 1956, aged 18. However, he won numerous times in sportscars before making his GP debut in 1959. Sadly crashed into a perimeter fence and suffered fatal head injuries.
